This article will explain how Bookkeep users can connect and integrate with Greenbits to automate postings
As a Bookkeep user, you can connect third party applications by visiting the “Connections” page within app.bookkeep.com. Our connectors can be accessed by selecting the appropriate app via the "Add an app" button (pictured below). For Greenbits, you can manually type “Greenbits” into the search field:
Once selected, our Greenbits integration will present you with the option to “Connect Now” (via login credentials in a popup window).
Upon clicking Connect Now above, you will be presented with Bookkeep’s access authorization page to type in your Greenbits credentials:
After entering your credentials, you may be prompted to choose a specific location to connect:
After your account is authenticated and location is selected, the Greenbits connection will be seen on your Connections page and you’ll be ready to map the sales summary lines to your accounting platform accounts (if accounting is connected).
For Greenbits, we offer a sales summary posting which means we post one entry per day representing a summarized view of the financial performance of that day.
